Arpit earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University, California in June 2015. He has previously obtained a Masters in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy from Sheffield Hallam University, the United Kingdom in 2012.

Arpit's emphasis is utilizing manual interventions in conjunction with therapeutic exercises and postural corrections to achieve improved pain-free mobility and function. He believes in an individualized approach for each patient that is geared towards that patient's goals. He is trained under Kinetacore to become Certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling (Level 1). Arpit also completed Manual Therapy courses including Maitland and specialized in Kinesio Taping techniques.

Arpit is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Maryland Physical Therapy Association and Orthopaedic Section of the APTA. Prior to joining Active Physical Therapy, Arpit had global experience of working in the United Kingdom and India. Arpit believes in continuing education and the advancement of his profession through training and research. He is currently working towards his training to become a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT). He has two research articles published in international journals for his work in the field of health and physical therapy. In his free time, Arpit likes to spend quality time with friends and family, leisure traveling, watch movies and stay updated with current world affairs.
