Lorena graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with her Associate Science Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Prior to entering the program, Lorena volunteered at many orthopedic outpatient clinics. She also had the opportunity to work at INOVA as a rehabilitation technician under the guidance of many skilled physical therapists. Since entering the field, she dedicated her time to honing her skills to become a well-rounded clinician and to provide quality patient-centered care. She is passionate about continuing her education and to expand her expertise as a clinician. In her downtime, she enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, playing piano and guitar, and spending time with friends and family. Lorena is also fluent in Spanish.
