Sarah earned her bachelor's from The University of Maryland, College Park in 2010 and then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, San Diego in 2014.  She then returned to the east coast to start practicing and has since worked in outpatient orthopedics and done part-time work in a skilled nursing home.  She treats a variety of populations and is certified in Active Release Technique, Myofascial Release, Yoga physical therapy, and Dry Needling.

In her off time, Sarah enjoys running, biking, golfing, skiing, and cooking.  She has done 1 marathon, multiple half marathons, and 10ks.  Sarah and her mother have biked from Cumberland to Pittsburgh 4 times along the Allegany passage.  She enjoys the outdoors and keeping herself, as well as others, active.
